I'm glad you're here

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders.

Seeking therapy takes courage, and choosing a therapist is an important part of the process. I love to support my clients in getting unstuck from anxiety, distress, and unhelpful patterns. I aim to foster a safe, strong, connected therapeutic space where my clients can develop both a greater awareness and acceptance of themselves, and learn skills to challenge themselves, face fears, and grow.
