Welcome
I am passionate about supporting women who are experiencing grief and loss.
My approach to therapy utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral and Interpersonal frameworks that draw from evidence-based techniques in order to provide effective treatment and care. By establishing an empathetic, personal connection, therapy with me centers around examining thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; processing interpersonal relationships and building communication skills; and learning strategies to support self-care and reconnecting with core values.
